The quality management system of TB&C is certified in accordance with IATF 16949:2016 as well as ISO 9001:2015.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

Complete monitoring of products & processes

The goal of the quality assurance system of TB&C is the production of hybrid components with supreme quality.  The use of high-tech cameras is one of the ways in which we monitor our production. Statistical process monitoring, approval measurements using 3D measuring systems as well as functionality and endurance tests ensure seamless quality assurance.  

The following are among the ways in which we maintain quality control:

3D measuring machine (incl. free-form surface measuring)

Tensile testing machine (Zwick)

Layer thickness measuring device

Optical measuring technology (measuring microscope)

SPC inspection stations

TESA Micro-Hite (vertical length measuring machine)

Use of expert service providers for further analyses

A CAQ system (QSYS®) was introduced in 2011 to support our operational quality assurance and quality management. This system ensures the consistent implementation of QM-related process steps from planning to documentation and process monitoring.  Regular internal and external product and process trainings expand and enhance the knowledge of our employees.

Environmental Management

Protection of natural resources

TB&C views environmental protection as a key aspect of corporate responsibility. We feel that it is our duty to make environmental protection a major part of our corporate policy, and to implement concrete environmental goals and codes of conduct in all relevant areas.

We view environmental protection as a continuous improvement process which can be controlled by means of an environmental management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001:2009-11.

A comprehensive supplier management is crucial for a successful company.  That is why TB&C has established a supplier policy that defines supplier standard and goals and is geared toward long-term relationships with suppliers.

Certified quality

The quality and environmental management systems encompass all parts of TB&C and, due to their importance, independent quality officers (QMO/EMO) have been put in charge of them.

The quality management system of TB&C is certified in accordance with IATF 16949:2016 as well as ISO 9001:2015. The environmental management system is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001:2015-11

Both management systems are subject to continuous further development in order to guarantee the greatest possible safety for our customers and internal processes.
